Ordinary state-based peridynamic homogenization of periodic micro-structured materials

چکیده
In this work, an ordinary state-based peridynamic homogenization method is presented, in which periodic boundary condition enforced by coupling the displacement of point pairs. Effective material properties are obtained from gradient tensor. The governing equation peridynamics integro-differential form instead more common spatial differential form, grants it unique advantage performing analysis involving defects. Recently, with rapid advancement additive manufacturing technology, micro-structured materials have attracted significant attention. Microscopic defects occurring during process can a noticeable impact on overall behavior especially fracture strength material. current study provides new approach to obtain effective
